ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION

1. The name of the corporation under Iowa Code 504A.29 has been determined to be:

   Fully Informed Jury Association, Iowa Chapter - a chapter of the Fully Informed Jury Association, headquartered on 1939, Highway 271, in Helmville, Montana as its parent organization.

2. The Fully Informed Jury Association, Iowa Chapter, has been formed at a legitimate conference of its members on October 10, 1992, at Prairie Meadows, Altoona, Iowa, assuming an unlimited period of duration.
   
   
3. The Fully Informed Jury Association, Iowa Chapter, is a nonprofit volunteer organization for the purpose of raising public and legislative awareness in regard to the historical and traditional function and authority of trial juries in a court of law.
   
   
4. The regulation of internal affairs are at the discretion of the Board of Directors, and in accordance with the majority consensus of the membership.
